Exhibitors agree to support the environmental goals of the EXPO and will commit, to the best of their ability, to follow all environmentally sound procedures and practices.

• Exhibitors will agree to be environmentally responsible and follow all recycling procedures and practices at the venue
• Packing materials and shipping methods should reflect the environmental goals of the show
• All promotional materials and giveaways should be environmentally friendly
• Displays, props, and exhibitor signage should be reusable and made from sustainable materials where possible
• Exhibitor should strive to travel in the most eco friendly manner possible
• Exhibitor should strive to secure lodging featuring green initiatives
• Make arrangements to donate excess food to local shelters
• Train and educate booth staff to follow all procedures to properly recycle materials and disposables
